We explore areas of life where you feel resistance, contrast, or repetitive patterns. It can sometimes shows up as physical sensations in your body, and/or sometimes as circumstances that never seem to shift.
Together, we gently and safely work with those places, uncover the unconscious patterns underneath, and create space for more Flow, Ease, Joy and Freedom.
