An Embodiment Circle to nurture my nurturers. This event is held a few times a year from 10am to noon at Ancient Spirals. With this offering there is tea, a sharing circle, intuitive exercises and Embodiment dance. These two hours are a chance to slow down. We nurture our minds and hearts through connection in community, we nurture our soul with intuitive exercise that give us a chance to go within, and we nurture our bodies with embodiment dance and sound. The dance and sound is always what you are comfortable with and meant to be an inward practice.
