Whispers of the Body Workshop

Service Description

This 4 part workshop offers foundational pieces to help you cultivate a at home practice where you can hold space for yourself for a deeper connection to your body and intuition. This is a small group offering with a maximum of 6 participants. This workshop will be over 4 weeks, starting Wednesday, January 7th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at an inperson space. The intended dates our January 7th, January 14th, January 28th and February 4th. Intention of this course is to help you connect to your body, connect to your intuition and decode the messages from your body. Each week we will learn some theory, have lots of space to practice and end with 1-2 participants receiving mini bodytalk sessions to help integrate the experience for the whole group. Week 1: Sensations Diving into the power of simply observing the whispers of the body (this was the most transformation piece to my at home practice). Week 2: Senses Our intuition connects to us through our 5 senses (6 if you include the "just knowing"). This week we practice connecting to our intuition to help expand on the messages from the body, aka the sensations from week one. Week 3: Emotional Decoding Emotions tell a story of what our sensations/energy is needing to help create space for safety and movement. We explore the 5 emotions that can be alive in our bodies and look to understand how they show up in our body. Week 4: Integration We will bring it all back together with a chance to practice it all again. As Amber will guide you back into your body and your intuition to help stuck energy feel safe to move again.
